Most Yummy Chicken Enchiladas Recipe Ever

Ingredients
  1. 1 (12 ounce) jar taco sauce
  2. 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  3. 1 clove garlic, minced
  4. 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  5. 1 onion, chopped
  6. 1 tablespoon chili powder
  7. 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  8. 1/2 cup water
  9. 1/2 pint sour cream
  10. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  11. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  12. 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
  13. 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
  14. 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  15. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  16. 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
Directions
First, you will have to preheat oven to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Then just cook chicken in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, until it’s no longer pink and juices run clear. Time to then just drain excess fat. In the next part, just cube the chicken and return it to skillet. Add onion, Cheddar cheese, parsley, oregano, sour cream and ground black pepper. Heat this until the cheese melts. Stir in some salt, water, chili powder, tomato sauce, green pepper and then garlic.

Also roll the even amounts of mixture in tortillas. Arrange in 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover it with taco sauce and 3/4th cup Cheddar cheese. Bake it uncovered in the preheated oven for 20 min. then just cool it down for 10 min before serving.
